VOLUNTEER CLEARANCES LINKS and REGISTRATION
To register to volunteer to be a Head or Assistant Coach, go to "My Account" and click, "Volunteer".
Before any volunteer can be accepted as a CMYBA Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Mom, Scorekeeper or any type of On The Field Volunteer the below clearances must be obtained and provided to CMYBA. State Sponsored Clearances are free of charge to Volunteers. CMYBA does not have an authorization code, clearances are free as long as you haven't had one done in the last 57 months. If you've had one done but do not have a copy there may be a small fee to get another processed. If you have not been a resident of Pennsylvania for 10 years or more, you will be required to provide a FBI Clearance which will be a cost that you must pay. The "Keystone ID" is a username that you create during the process.

Clearances may take 7-10 days to process and be sent back to you. All head coaches must have clearances in place prior to the team selection draft.
